Net 30 Terms (Existing Customers):
In an effort to better serve existing customers with open accounts, we recently added a Net 30 Terms payment option at checkout. In addition to extended terms, this option lets you take advantage of using purchase orders and tax exemption status. Once you finish shopping, proceed to checkout and select the Net 30 Terms payment option from the drop-down menu. Once we receive your order and verify that you have an existing account, we will immediately process your order. It's that simple!
Net 30 Terms (New Customers):
If you do not currently have an account with us but would like to purchase products on terms, we invite you to set-up an account with us by contacting our Customer Care Team at (800) 347-1200.
Credit Cards:
Forensics Source gladly accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information could delay the processing and shipment of your order.
Credit Terms:
We gladly accept purchase orders from all public agencies (U.S. government, cities, counties, states, colleges, hospitals, etc.). Orders to public agencies will be billed at Net 30 days upon shipment of merchandise, with payment due 30 days from the invoice date. If you have created a new ForensicsSource.com website account and would like to purchase with Credit Terms, your account must go through a one-time verification process to activate that option on your account. Contact our Customer Service Department with any questions.
Non-Government customers interested in obtaining open account must complete a credit request form and fax or mail it to the following address:

Check or Money Order:
You may pay for your order with check or money order with mailed orders only. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 service charge. Forensics Source only accepts Sales Tax for customers who are not tax-exempt in the states of California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Washington & Wyoming.
