Safely and quickly cut plastic nylon evidence ties with this unique cutter. The Safety Cutter features a unique levered cutting action, which allows ties to be cut smoothly and safely. Simply slip a nylon tie into the cutting groove and twist upward and away. The special patented design guards against an attempt to access the cutting blade, assuring it cannot be used as a weapon against you.
