The Porta Palm Print ® is a simple method of obtaining permanent, black, high-contrast palm prints in the field. Available in both an inked and an inkless solution, a user simply places a palm print card or chemically-sensitized label on the included foam impression pad. Open the flap of the 6" x 6" inked or inkless applicator and evenly coat the palm by gently pressing on the center of the hand. Then, press the coated palm gently onto the card or label. The foam impression pad forces the card to conform to the shape of the hand, recording the entire surface of the hand without leaving a white spot in the center of the palm card. The standard, ink-based Porta Palm Print ® utilizes our Perfect Print ® ink, which is removed by rubbing the hands together or wiping with a cloth. The inkless solution leaves no residue on the hands and requires no clean-up. The inkless version also includes chemically-sensitized palm print labels that can be affixed to any palm print card. Each Porta Palm Print ® allows you to take 400 individual palm prints.
