Use this Deluxe Ultraviolet Light Viewing Cabinet when a portable darkroom is required for any applications requiring high-contrast fluorescence analysis. The cabinet is constructed of rugged aluminum, lightweight and fully portable. A felt curtain below each light permits easy access to the interior while blocking out ambient light. Visible illumination is provided by an interior white light source. Both the ultraviolet lamp and white light source are controlled by switches conveniently located on the top of the cabinet. The cabinet holds either one or two 8-watt lamps. Each lamp is instantly removable for handheld applications. A flexible contoured eyepiece, together with a built-in UV-absorbing window, eliminates blue haze interference, increases contrast between the fluorescent area and the background, and reduces eye fatigue. The bottom base plate is readily removable if you would like to place the viewing cabinet over an item.
