BLUESTAR® FORENSIC is a new reagent designed to reveal blood stains that have been washed out, wiped off or which are invisible to the naked eye. Based upon chemi-luminescence, its unique formula qualifies it as the most effective blood revealer available on the market, for crime scene as well as forensic lab use. Unlike Luminol, BLUESTAR® FORENSIC produces a stronger, longer-lasting luminescence that does not require total darkness to be visible. Good quality pictures can be obtained with an ordinary camera and film. If the first photo isn’t acceptable, BLUESTAR® FORENSIC can be used over and over again to fluoresce the same bloodstain. Best of all, BLUESTAR® FORENSIC does not alter the DNA of the revealed blood, which allows for its subsequent genotyping. A cheaper training alternative to standard BLUESTAR® FORENSIC, this special training solution is as strong as the tablets above, but is destructive to DNA, so should not be used for actual casework. Choose between four or eight pairs of individually wrapped tablets. Each tablet pair can produce up to 125ml 4 oz. of working solution, allowing for up to 1 liter 32 oz. of solution with the 8 tablet pair box.
