This new forensic workstation is the first system designed specifically for the development of latent fingerprints with both powders and Ninhydrin. Worker safety is our number-one priority, and this system is highly effective at reducing the potential for exposure to these common forensic chemicals.

Internal fans draw a constant flow of air into the system, and a combination of filters work together to contain both powders and vapors before returning clean air to the lab. The top, sides and front of the unit are made of clear acrylic, which allows natural light inside the hood. The open design eliminates the claustrophobic feeling created by many standard fume hoods. The workstation is made from steel for sturdiness and durability. The unit includes a two-year factory warranty, the spill tray and filters.
