Comparison, Documentation and Archival Software

When combined with PIA-5 software, the DOCUBOX Dragon becomes a complete system for documentation, comparison and measuring. All functions of the DOCUBOX Dragon are easily controlled via the integrated touchscreen and jogger knob, or on a desktop computer or laptop.
Remote Management
Used in conjunction with the PIA-5, the DOCUBOX Dragon becomes a fully remotely controlled workstation. Connecting to the unit through a firewire connection, a user can easily view and manipulate the image using PIA-5’s powerful feature set. With the addition of free third-party software, a user can access and use the Dragon through a network or internet connection from anywhere in the world. Standard sets of controls can be created and installed on any unit, making standardization across an agency simple and efficient.
Easy Documentation and Reproduction
Images and instrument settings are stored and retrieved together during examinations, so each examination is easily documented and reproducible. The DOCUBOX Dragon can automatically generate reports, including any instrument settings that were used during an examination.
Image Comparisons
Images can easily be compared against master images. Comparisons can be performed left
to right or top to bottom. In addition, small differences in two similar images can be emphasized by repeatedly switching from the master image to a live image, useful
when comparing typography.
Measuring Functions
Measure nearly anything from within PIA-5. Distances, circles, inner and outer angles, including raster and fade-in of reference scale can all be measured quickly and accurately.
Feature Rich
Up to 200 individually defined settings are available through the PIA-5 software, either locally, or remotely over a network or internet connection.
