Export of Forensic Equipment
Some forensics supplies are controlled by the U.S. Department of Commerce and cannot legally leave the United States without an export license. Failure to obtain a proper export license can result in heavy fines and possible imprisonment. If you are considering exporting or taking any amount of forensics supplies outside the United States for any purpose, please contact an Forensics Source customer service representative to determine if you need a valid export license. If a license is required, we will be happy to assist you in the license application process.

We obtain all necessary licenses for orders which ship directly from our facilities to an international destination. Please note, however, that such shipments are intended for resale only within the country to which they are sent. Re-exporting, or reselling into additional countries, may require further export licenses. Please contact a Forensics Source customer service representative with any questions.
